Location:Mumbai, MH, INAreas of Work: Human Resources Job Id: 13919Job PurposeConduct end to end recruitment process for the Managerial Cadre from Sourcing to OnboardingMaintain Data and Metrics for HiringSupport in HR Tech platform initiatives Primary ResponsibilitiesManaging Managerial Hiring Lifecycle from Sourcing to Onboarding while ensuring candidate experienceWork closely with hiring managers to understand the role requirements for the Vacancy and source profiles from various Job Boards like Naukri, Shine, etc.Understand profiles to match role suitability, then arrange interviews/interactions.Support team in closing the vacancy. Ensure smooth onboarding journey of candidate.Plan and conduct onboarding of the new joiners in collaboration with the functions like IT, Admin, Payroll, etc.TA Analytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain a recruitment dashboardGenerate insights from the dataAnalyze offer decline data to identify actionable insights and improvement areas.Present findings to TA leadership with recommendations for process or improvements.Hiring MetricsTrack and improve TAT (Turnaround Time) for hiringUse SAP SuccessFactors ATSNew Employee Onboarding experience feedbackStakeholder CollaborationPartner with TA managers to ensure alignment on hiring targets, timelines, and candidate experience.Partner with different teams for Projects in Automation, Digitization, Process Improvements, etc.Platform Management Central POC for HR Platforms for Onboarding, Background Verification, Appointment Letter e-signingDiagnosing issues and resolving queries of HRBPs based out of Manufacturing Plants and Sales OfficesConducting regular training sessions for HRBPs for these platformsKey Performance IndicatorsLateral RecruitmentZero error in payroll and ELC actionsInduction feedbackQualifications Essential Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably commerce, business, management. Preferred Non-Essential Requirements: Part-time / Full time - Post Graduation degree/certification in Human Resources Experience in owning HR processes and front-ending stakeholdersPrevious Experience: 1-3 years of HR experienceSkillset And Competencies Relate to the ultimate organizational needs while executing all processes. Take complete ownership of tasks and execute diligently with accuracy in timely manner. Self-drive all tasks to their logical closures through the fastest route feasible within constraints Navigate effortlessly across the org. and escalate timely with leaders, teams & functions. Organize & Prioritize tasks in a disciplined fashion, allowing visibility to your Manager. Be able to continuously learn, better and faster ways of working and apply quickly. Challenge the status quo of doing the things by building upon existing processes.
