Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative based in Sekondi-Takoradi. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients to assess their needs, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to grow the company's client base. Additional responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves regular networking, market analysis to identify opportunities, and providing feedback to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and contract negotiation.Communication and Presentation skills with the ability to effectively pitch products and services to diverse audiences.Analytical skills, particularly in market research and identifying sales opportunities.Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects effectively.Proficiency in technology-based tools such as CRM and other sales enablement platforms is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proven work experience in sales or business development within the technology or engineering sector is a plus.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating within the team structure.
