MARKETER (Sales, PR & Customer Relations Specialist) Company: Step Invictus Real EstateLocation: Ashaiman RoundaboutEmployment Type: Full-Time (On-site). Must reside around Ashaiman.Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM)About the RoleStep Invictus Real Estate is expanding its commercial division and seeking proactive and persuasive Real Estate Marketers with strong backgrounds in sales communication, public relations, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting land sales, handling client negotiations, managing relationships, and driving conversion from leads to successful property transactions.Key Responsibilities•Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote land and property sales. •Engage with clients professionally to present available lands and real estate offers. •Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and property inspections.•Prepare sales reports, proposals, and client feedback summaries.•Maintain client relationships through excellent customer service and after-sales support. •Assist in planning promotional activities and open-house events.•Liaise with management to identify market trends and customer preferences. •Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and corporate functions.Qualifications & Requirements•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Real Estate, or related field.•Minimum of 1–2 years of practical experience in marketing or sales (real estate preferred). •Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.•Strong understanding of client relations and corporate branding. •Ability to prepare marketing reports and analyze client data. •Must reside in or around Ashaiman.Technical Skills (Hard Skills)•Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies.•Proficiency in CRM tools, and email communication. •Understanding of real estate documentation and sales processes. •Strong reporting, record-keeping, and data management ability.Soft Skills•Persuasive communication and active listening. •Professional appearance and confidence.•Integrity, diligence, and teamwork.•Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.Benefits•Attractive base salary plus commission on sales. •Career growth and continuous training.•Stable full-time role in a reputable real estate firm.How to Apply:Interested candidates should apply directly through the Easy Apply option on LinkedIn or send their CV and application letter to stepinvictusrealestate@gmail.com with the job title as the subject line.
