What you become a part of:The Marketing Manager is a team player to effectively create strategy for Shalina brands to establish TOM (Top of the Mind) brand identity at customer/consumer level in a profitable manner. Key deliverables:Plan and execute marketing strategies of the assigned brands.Plan and implement ATL (Radio advert, OOH, TroTro branding) & BTL such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc.Assist in creating & monitoring product advertising & brand assets.Provide regional insights for marketing asset development.Liaise with Media houses, media partners and vendors for asset development & deployment.Co-work with sales team for promotional mechanism, special offers, in-store display and POS materials.Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.Initiate and control surveys to assess customer & consumer requirementsMonitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.Plan and execute new product launches.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.Essential qualifications, experience and skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration5 years' experience in a marketing or brand management roleExperience in healthcare / personal care in the FMCG industry would be an advantageAnalytical /Market research skillsBasic A/W & Print knowledgeIT skills – MS office
