We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. Founded by a former Greek Special Forces operator, the company has cultivated a reputation based on elite training, discretion, and professionalism..Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.Prepare and organize agendas, briefing materials, and minutes for executive meetings.Act as the first point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.Oversee office organization and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Support in coordinating events, conferences, and special projects.Maintain filing systems and manage document control.QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Professional demeanor and a high level of confidentiality.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).Preferred AttributesExperience in private security, executive services, or high-profile client environments.Flexibility in working hours when required.Problem-solving mindset and initiative.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Discretionary bonuses.Opportunities for professional development.Dynamic and respectful work environment.
