Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to grow our international business. You will source export opportunities, build key accounts, and close strategic global deals. Responsibilities1. Strategic Business DevelopmentIdentify, research, and prioritize high-potential export markets and corporate clients.Develop long-term strategic account plans to expand international sales opportunities.2. Export Proposal & Solution DevelopmentLead the end-to-end process of crafting tailored proposals based on client requirements.Translate complex customer needs into actionable commercial solutions and value propositions.3. Executive-Level CollaborationWork directly with the CEO and leadership team on deal strategies, pricing, and commercial decisions.4. Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingBuild, maintain, and grow strong relationships with distributors, importers, and corporate clients within key international markets.5. Negotiation & Deal ClosingLead contract negotiations, ensure competitive pricing structures, and secure high-value export deals.Manage the full export sales cycle from pipeline development to final closing.6. Market IntelligenceMonitor global market trends, competitor activities, regulatory requirements, and category dynamics to guide business strategy.7. Reporting & Performance TrackingProvide timely updates to the CEO/CFO on sales pipeline, forecasts, market insights, and strategic account progress.8. Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport cross-functional coordination and perform other tasks assigned by managers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, corporate sales, business development, or strategic account management (spirits export experience is a strong advantage).Strong communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.Solid financial understanding and ability to support pricing and profitability analysis.Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at the executive level.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in project management.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing leadership team.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
