Job Description

Manage sales with distributor & sales to trade occurrence at as detail as possible and providing the periodical or customized sales reports / analysis.Set up template and schedule for sales occurrence report. Follow up with distributors, field sales staff, related dept for the submission of daily sales occurrences.Generate these information for the total daily or periodical company / region reports.Provide any customized report upon management request.Consult and prepare for monthly / quarterly sales forecast or target.Monitor the sales to trade monitoring system that the company provide to the distributors.Make general and analytical reports.Prepare Sales tools and standardized Sales forms and procedures (Scoreboard, Route card, Route book, Sales report…)Provide sales planning, tracking, control and audit procedures.Assist SCM and ASMs to set up new routes and sales deployment strategies.Participate in company’s project (SAP, SDS).Implement other tasks assigned by Sales Capability Manager.What are the Qualifications?Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.From 3 years of experience in Sales Admin.Able to make good and clear template / report / presentation.Strong at computer skill, especially in Excel and Access.Careful, Meticulous, Hard-workingGood communication skill, data analytical skill.
