We are looking for an “Export Sales Support Specialist” to join our client, who operates in the construction chemicals sector.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferredMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support / foreign trade operational processesProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsVery good command of EnglishStrong background in customer relationsResult-oriented with excellent organizational skillsResiding in the European side of IstanbulAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamJob DescriptionManage and develop an existing customer portfolio.Conduct market research and establish contact with potential customers.Coordinate and monitor sales processes.Inform customers and the company regarding shipments and necessary documentation.Address customer inquiries and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Prepare quotations and follow up on sales activities.Provide operational support to the sales team.Manage phone traffic and ensure efficient communication within the team.Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation as needed.Peoplefocus, Türkiye İş Kurumu’ndan 27.09.2018 tarihli ve 996 no’lu Özel İstihdam Bürosu izin belgesi sahibidir.
