Job Description

Building AdministrationServe as a resource person during project negotiationSupervise project implementation for simple building renovations and upkeepEnsure that the quality standards required are metEnsure quick response for in-house repair and maintenance requestsApply for all governmental requirementsPrepare and send reports for facility maintenance related issuesServe as the PCO Coordinate with DENR and other regulatory body Material Supply & Utility Consumptions, Service Providers and HousekeepingPrepare and review Request for PaymentsMonitor the material supplies and utility consumptionsEnsure the quality standards required are metConsistently monitor service providers and/or contractor's performanceConduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the building and premisesPerform manpower coverage review for housekeeping servicesCoordinate with proper channel for manpower replacementMonitor housekeeping staff performance and give feedback Safety & OSH/COSH CompliancePrepare necessary incident reports for any work facility equipment malfunctionCoordinate incidents and its resolution to Facilities ManagerEnsure execution of Company compliance requirements to workplace Safety Policies and ProceduresImplement COSH requirements for supervised construction and renovation worksConduct safety orientationConduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures, identify bottlenecks and provide solutionsEnsure contractor compliance to OSH Rules and Regulations Performance ManagementDelegate and supervise workload assignments for building admin. assistantsAssess work progress and actual performance of each direct report;Facilitate coaching requirements;Ensure reports are submitted on time;Conduct annual performance appraisals.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical EngineeringLicense in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is requiredMust have at least 2 to 3 years work experience as a Building Administrator and Safety Officer or a similar function in a different positionMust have intermediate skills in Autocad, Project Management, and Project Design and CostingIn-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
