The company also holds a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, employing solar power and eco-friendly processes in its production.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer (RTW Womenswear / Pret) in Faisalabad. The role involves designing and developing ready-to-wear collections from concept to production, with strong focus on garment execution, fabric selection, embroidery, and finishing. Candidates should have practical experience in overseeing stitching (from sampling to bulk production), developing prints and dyed designs, working with embroidery units/artisans, and recommending fabrics suited for seasonal collections. Market awareness is key — the designer must be able to forecast upcoming trends, colours, and themes relevant to Pakistani womenswear.QualificationsProven expertise in RTW womenswear/pret designExperience in garment execution, fabric knowledge, and embroidery techniquesAbility to develop prints and dyed designs from concept to final productAwareness of local and international fashion trendsStrong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related fieldPrior experience in womenswear design is highly preferredProficiency in fashion illustration, CAD, and design tools is preferred
