Field Service Technician

Job Title: Field Service TechnicianJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical supportand service to livestock farms. This role involves regular travel to customer locations to assistwith product application, troubleshoot issues, conduct farm visits, and ensure optimalperformance of our health care product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a backgroundin biology, animal science or veterinary studies and a passion for hands-on work in the field.Key Responsibilities:-        Collaborate with team to provide both technical and sales support.-        Educate and train farmers on product usage and best practise.-        Visit farm to deliver solution with product application, troubleshooting and performance monitoring.-        Collaborate on promotional  planning to drive business growth.-        Maintain accurate service records and reports.Requirements:-        Diploma or Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or a related field.-        Strong presentation skills to communicate product features clearly.-        A self-motivated and strong team player.-        Analytical mindset with the ability to provide field reviews and insights.-        Willingness to travel frequently to farms across Malaysia.-        Good communication and problem-solving skills.-        Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.-        Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/ Indonesia, English and Mandarin.
