Job SummaryThe Finance & Admin Associate role at Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia in Jakarta is responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the finance & admin team in day-to-day activities.Responsibilities- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and general ledger.- Assist in preparing and managing budgets, including recording budget absorption per project or event.- Perform billing and collection.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.- Maintain and organize financial and administrative documents.Requirements- A bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to manage data and documents effectively.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
