Job Description:- Handle day-to-day administrative and financial support tasks, including data entry, document filing, and record management.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.- Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.- Support internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks or analysis as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other office toolsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge of Malaysian accounting and tax regulations is an added advantage.- This position is open to candidates with full working rights for Malaysia and requires proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
