Job ResponsibilityKey ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management:Assist in product uploads, campaign planning, and performance tracking for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Coordinate with fulfillment teams for smooth daily operations.Rewards Program:Support the setup and promotion of a simple customer loyalty program using digital tools.Fulfillment & Packing:Help prepare and pack online orders accurately, maintain stock of materials, and update daily records.Inventory & Office Support:Track inventory for clinic and online store, restock supplies, and assist in general admin duties.Learning Outcomes:Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, clinic operations, inventory management, and marketing coordination.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.Able to commit to at least 3â6 months of internship.Willing to work at Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.Job BenefitsPossibility for Permanent Job after InternshipOvertime ClaimTeambuilding Activities
