As our Finance Manager & Business Partner HP, you’ll be at the center of financial decision making for our Belgian operations. This is a highly visible role where your insights will directly influence business outcomes and leadership decisions.You’ll lead a skilled team, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to our regional and global finance networks. We review applications on a rolling basis and will close the vacancy as soon as we've found the right candidate, so don’t wait to apply!Your Key Responsibilities Own and ensure the integrity of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and tax laws. Lead and coach the Finance & Administration team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Act as a senior business partner to commercial operations, challenging assumptions and driving financial transparency. Oversee planning, forecasting, and reporting processes with a hands-on approach to analysis and decision support. Represent Finance in the Local Management Committee and Board of Directors, influencing strategic direction. Manage audits, cash flow, and working capital with precision and agility. What You Should Bring To The Team Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Finance, including reporting, auditing, and governance. Proven leadership experience (1–3 years) in managing teams and cross-functional projects. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Data Warehouse). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
