The Finance Manager is responsible for managing, reporting, and auditing of the cycle count process and inventory control in support of each manufacture site and distribution site in EMEA region.Come for a job, stay for a career!A Day in The Life Of:Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Provide process ownership over policy/procedure development, deployment, maintenance, and trainingExecution of compliance audits related to Inventory Compliance across, production, engineering lab, logistics warehouses, satellite facilities, and subcontractor locationsBe a proactive strategic business partner to the business and local leadership team, playing a key advisor role in business strategy formulation and implementation, organization performance measurement and risk managementPrepare internal and external reports pertaining to Inventory ComplianceSupporting the development and implementation of financial best practicesOther ad-hoc tasks and data preparation are required for both internal and external customers.Key Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)Professional Accountancy qualification required e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA.Strong communication skills, both oral and written and experience presenting to leadershipAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple and conflicting deadlines and prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationshipsExtraordinary independent problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
