The role requires deep knowledge of hospitality accounting standards, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The Finance Manager partners closely with operational departments to support profitability and long-term financial health.What Will You DoYour main duties and responsibilities are:Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with hospitality accounting standards. Ensure timely month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Present financial performance to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key trends.Budgeting & ForecastingLead the annual budget development for the property/organization.Prepare accurate rolling forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly).Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with operational goals.Cash Flow & Working Capital ManagementMonitor daily cash flow operations and ensure liquidity for operational needs.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit policies, and billing activities.Optimize working capital and develop strategies for cost savings.Internal Controls & ComplianceMaintain strong internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies.Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.Coordinate with internal and external auditors.Systems & Process ManagementOversee the finance systems Drive process improvements and automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Ensure proper integration of operational systems with finance/reporting tools.Team LeadershipSupervise and develop the finance team (Accountants, AR/AP, Cost Controller).Provide training on financial policies and hospitality accounting standards.Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with hospitality accounting standards. Ensure timely month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Present financial performance to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key trends.What We Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience, ideally in hotels, resorts, or F&B groups.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent analytical and financial modeling skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Leadership and team management capabilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management.Key Performance IndicatorsAccuracy and timeliness of financial reportingBudget vs. actual performanceCost control (food cost, labor cost, overheads)Cash flow optimizationInternal audit ratingTeam performance and developmentThe BenefitsThe Arts Club Dubai is offering a competitive and attractive remuneration and benefits package.
