ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for mortgage products through networking,referrals, and direct sales activities.Meet potential clients to assess mortgage requirements andmatch with suitable products.Present and explain mortgage options clearly, including rates,fees, and eligibility.Maintain relationships with banks to ensure access to competitiveproducts.Guide clients from inquiry to mortgage approval anddisbursement.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Other responsibilities • Maintain CRM records for leads and clients.Keep updated with The Central Bank mortgage regulations andproperty market trends.Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and propertyshows as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.MS Office, CRM software, Digital,communication toolsStrong sales, communication, and negotiation skills; knowledge of mortgage products and UAE banking procedures
