This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury environment and contributing to the smooth running of a high-end yacht charter business.Key Responsibilities• Payments & Invoices: Process and record payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.• Cash Flow & Payments: Manage client payments, invoices, yacht operating costs, and vendor transactions efficiently.• Financial Records: Maintain accurate bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and support reporting.• Contract Review: Collaborate with the charter team to review agreements, ensuring accurate financial terms and risk mitigation.• Compliance: Ensure all financial procedures and documentation comply with company policies and regulations.• Collaboration: Liaise with charter, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth financial workflows.• Support for Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, expense reports, and basic analysis for management.
