As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Financial Reporting & ERP Specialist to join our Finance team and contribute to our ongoing success. Role OverviewAs a Financial Reporting & ERP Specialist, you will support the company's CFO by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. A key element of the role is your specialization in extracting, structuring, and analyzing data from the SoftOne ERP system, ensuring the reliability and consistency of financial information. Your ability to leverage SoftOne for high-quality data output will directly enhance financial transparency and enable better decision-making across the organization. Main ResponsibilitiesExtract financial and ERP data for reporting and analysisDesign, develop, and maintain customized ERP and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisAnalyze the company’s KPIs and prepare corresponding presentations for management and stakeholdersSupport the processing and consolidation of corporate financial dataMaintain and update internal dashboards and reporting toolsEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data within the ERP system Candidate ProfileA university degree in Finance, Economics or a related field is required; relative postgraduate studies will be considered an advantageSolid expertise with SoftOne ERP, particularly in report generation and data extractionIn-depth knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards and understanding of IFRS Demonstrated competence in financial ratios, KPIs, and data analysisMinimum of two years of proven experience in a similar roleAdvanced Excel user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas); proficient in MS OfficeWorking knowledge of Power BI, with hands-on experience in building reports, dashboards and data modelsStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent command of English, both written and verbalAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities What We OfferA professional and supportive work environmentCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualificationsExposure to international financial reporting standards and toolsThe opportunity to be part of a growing, tech-forward company in the maritime sector Ready to grow with us?Join TNL Group and take the next step in your career with a financially sound and future-focused organization.
