But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.Let’s build what’s next, together.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day relationships with local banks and other financial institutions to support operational and treasury activities.Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional finance teams, including Finance Shared Services Centar, Invoicing, Collections, and Treasury.Oversee tax compliance by reviewing and ensuring timely filing and payment of all tax obligations.Collaborate with Finance Shared Services Centar and the Treasury team to coordinate accurate and timely tax payments.Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis on budgets vs actuals, as well as reconciliation of key financial accounts and reports.Support payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with relevant teams.Assist in mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to Senior Financial Analysts and Finance Assistants.Perform other finance-related tasks and special assignments as delegated by the Team Lead.Job RequirementsEducation: Bacheller degree in Business or Economics Experience: Prior experience in finance or accounting 3+ yearsAttention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial records. Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Familiarity with general ledger accounts and accounting procedures. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with other departments. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and analyze discrepancies and variances.
