Join us in making a difference in our finance department!Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards for multiple operating companies.Consolidate results and identify key trends, variances, and improvement opportunities across business units.Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany eliminations.Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.Business Performance & Decision SupportAnalyze gross margins, product and customer profitability, and regional performance metrics.Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy of inventory, COGS, and overhead allocation.Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions, cost optimization, and pricing initiatives.Track and evaluate capital expenditures and ROI on operational investments.Cross-Company CoordinationStandardize financial reporting formats, KPIs, and accounting processes across all entities.Collaborate with local controllers and finance teams to align reporting practices and internal controls.Support integration of new acquisitions into group reporting systems and processes.Audit, Tax & Compliance SupportAssist with audit and tax preparation by providing consolidated schedules and supporting documentation.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.Systems & Process ImprovementContribute to ERP and reporting system enhancements Streamline data collection and automate recurring reporting processes.Qualifications:Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite (office) required3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting ideally across multi-entity or manufacturing/distribution environments.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities across companies.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and consolidation processes.Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred.Demonstrated track record of collaborating effectively with operational teams and business stakeholders to translate complex financial information into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial data and recommendations in a clear, compelling mannerBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferredWhat we offer: Full time contract with highly competitive salary and bonus benefits.Working in an international environment and gaining experience on the US market while working European working hours.
