Finance Specialist

Overview:We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist to join our in-house finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial operations and reporting, strong proficiency in SAP, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in audit (1–2 years) is a strong plus but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily financial operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closing.Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making.Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial data alignment and process improvement.Optimize SAP-related financial workflows to enhance efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.5–7 years of in-house finance experience in a corporate environment.Proficient in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred).Audit experience (1–2 years) is a plus.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
