The role involves daily financial operations, data analysis, and preparing clear reports for management.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial reports, dashboards, and monthly performance summariesManage accounts payable and accounts receivableHandle invoicing, payment follow up, and reconciliationsTrack expenses and revenue by project or clientSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMaintain accurate financial records using Zoho BooksCoordinate with internal teams to collect and verify financial dataAssist in improving financial processes and controlsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3 to 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in staffing or outsourcingStrong hands-on experience with Zoho BooksSolid understanding of AP, AR, and financial reportingStrong Excel skills and analytical abilitiesDetail oriented, organized, and able to work independently
