Want to control finances for a rapidly growing pan-European renewable energy developer accelerating the energy transition across the continent ?Join a leading Independent Power Producer as Financial Controller in Brussels, where you'll support finance operations for a company managing a diversified pipeline of 11+ GW across onshore wind, solar, and battery storage projects in multiple European countries, working with an international team representing 10+ nationalities.Key responsibilities as Financial ControllerManage financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closingManage day-to-day accounting operations: AR, AP, general ledger management, balance sheet control, and reconciliations for Belgian entitiesPrepare statutory financial accounting and reporting for all operating entities/SPVs in the Belgium-managed groupConduct treasury activities and prepare monthly cash flow reporting for the group, managing paymentsManage VAT returns with knowledge of Belgian fiscal authoritiesReview transfer pricing calculations and manage intercompany payables and receivablesAssist the Global Controllership team with developing robust internal controls, focusing on efficiency enhancementsYou have a strong accounting foundation combined with analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
