Then reach out and lets have a yarn! We are growing our team and would love you to join us. About Us:Hey there! We're not your average Project Management & Advisory Team – we’re all about the client, pushing the limits and creating awesome places and buildings. As a Supply Nations Certified business, in addition to delivering seriously impressive projects through to swanky commercial spaces, we have a social agenda to create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to enter the Construction and property industry. We're searching for a Project Manager extraordinaire to jump on board and help us keep delivering next level results. Position Overview:Joining our high performing team, you'll be the person who brings your A-game to every day, supporting our clients to maximise project outcomes. You will have the autonomy to lead your own projects from inception to Operationalisation and enthusiasm to lend your knowledge and horsepower to the rest of your team. From wrangling teams, aligning consultants, managing resources, and making sure our projects rock while keeping everyone happy – that's your jam! Key Responsibilities:- Take the lead on projects, from plotting out plans and budgeting to getting your hands dirty in the nitty-gritty details.- Team up with in-house experts, external folks, and our awesome clients to lock in project goals and make magic happen.- Sketch out project timelines, track progress like a pro, and give everyone the scoop on how things are shaping up.- Keep a tight grip on the budget reins, watch those dollars, and make sure we're all playing it smart.- Be the Sherlock Holmes of potential problems – spot 'em, solve 'em, and make sure nothing stands in the way of success.- Talk the talk and walk the walk – keep everyone in the loop with updates and reports that are as clear as day.- Be a safety and quality superhero, making sure our projects tick all the right boxes. Qualifications (nice to haves but we will never let these get in the way of experience or capability):- You've got a degree in the Property and Construction related fields such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management Servies, Quantity Surveying or something along those lines (a Master’s degree is like a shiny bonus).- You've done the Project Manager dance before, especially in construction, and you've got a track record that makes others jealous.- You're not just familiar with Property & Construction – you practically breathe it. Like when you’re on holidays you still pause to check out local construction sites......you get the idea.- Your communication skills could move mountains, and your ability to rally the troops is like no other.- Tech tools and project management software don't scare you – you know your way around them.- If you've got P6, MS Project, PMP or PRINCE2 superpowers, we're seriously impressed.- Quick thinking and problem-solving are your middle names. Location:Our office is in Redfern, and there will be the need to travel interstate for projects as required.  Why Join Us:- We're not your regular 9-to-5 gig – we're all about exciting projects, high expectations and a laid-back vibe.- Depending on your skill and interest, you'll be supported to take autonomous accountability to deliver your projects for our incredible clients and leave your mark on the city.- Our team is more of a family – we've got each other's backs and love to see each other grow. If you're a Project Manager pro who's up for a wild ride in the world of construction and property, we want to hear from you!
