Job Description Be part of a world class team in Australia (located across Sydney and Gold Coast) Role located in Gold Coast Flexible working arrangements What’s the role? This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Provide first level support to the Chief Engineer, including daily diary management and email management. Work in collaboration with other support & operations staff within Consumer Digital Technology, Digital Village & CBB Tech to coordinate key meetings to ensure Digital Village milestones are met. General support to Chief Engineer with planning, time/task management, stakeholder management and other ad-hoc administration. Working with the Westpac App & Platform technology leadership team and other key stakeholders to set up the annual operating rhythm of the team. Facilitate ‘approvals’ related people hiring, finances, procurement. Assist with vendor contracts, renewals and invoice payments for the team. Coordination of weekly leadership team meetings including minutes and actions. Facilitate travel bookings & approvals coordination for the team. Organisation of team and leadership team events including annual offsites, monthly all-ins, and other social activities. Support and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for the team. What do I need? Over 5 years of experience working in an administrative, support role Experience working within a large corporate environment with multi business units Strong written and oral communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PPT, Word, etc) Experience in managing team activities and events Why join us?
