Job Description

Job ObjectiveTo develop original, engaging, and brand-aligned written and visual content for both the hotel and fashion brand’s websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns. Key roles and responsibilities: Content Planning & Strategy Collaborate with the marketing team to create monthly content calendars for each brand. Contribute creative ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, hotel promotions, and events. Content Creation (Written & Visual) Write blog articles, social media captions, product descriptions, brand stories, press releases, and email newsletters. Develop scripts or outlines for video content and reels in collaboration with the visual team.

Assist with visual storytelling by working alongside photographers and designers. Digital Channel Management Adapt tone of voice and content style for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, blog). Optimize written content for SEO and engagement. Upload and manage content across website CMS platforms (e. g. , Shopify, WordPress). Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling direction for both hospitality and fashion divisions. Help create content guidelines and documentation for internal consistency. Performance & Feedback Track engagement metrics and audience feedback. Suggest content improvements based on performance analytics. Required qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of content writing or digital marketing experience. Portfolio showcasing writing samples for hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or similar. Experience with SEO best practices and CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or similar). Ability to multitask across multiple brand tones and content needs. Key skill and competencies Exceptional writing and storytelling skills Visual sense for content that performs on social platforms Attention to tone, grammar, brand messaging Flexibility in content types: short-form, long-form, marketing copy, and blogs Strong organizational and planning ability Bonus:
