Forward Deployed ML Engineer

Their team includes creators of popular open-source projects, academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.About the RoleWe are looking for a Forward Deployed ML Engineer to help solve some of the most challenging AI/ML problems their customers face. In this role, the engineer will:Help customers (such as Lovable, Suno, and Mistral AI) architect and build complex AI applicationsLead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, requirements, and challengesDesign, present, and implement technical solutions that meet customer needsArchitect migration paths from existing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) to their serverless platformConduct demos, proof-of-concepts, and experiments to showcase the platform’s capabilitiesOptimise performance for open-source models and frameworksCollaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence the product roadmapContribute to the core product and help the community build on top of itQualifications:We are looking for somebody who has:Strong Python skills (essential for the role). It's a bonus if you have experience of Go and Javascript.Understanding of ML/AI infrastructure, MLOps workflows, and system designExperience with cloud platforms, containerization, and distributed systemsExcellent communication skills and the ability to adapt explanations to different audiencesStrong problem-solving, judgment, and business acumenAbility to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teamsFluency in English - any other language is a plus!
