Founding Engineer

The ContextOn the verge of beginning our research/clinical trials in Singapore, our product development phase has taken priority #1 and a skilled engineer will be essential towards this milestone.In a NutshellYou’ll be in control of our stack: architecting the backend, building out services and APIs, implementing the frontend UI, and owning deployments. This is a greenfield environment where you set the standards, tooling, and engineering culture for everything that comes next.🔧🖥️ Role Requirements & Technical StackIn this role, you’ll be stitching together the entire technical ecosystem that powers our product:Signal-Processing Pipelines, ML Outputs, Vector Databases, LLM Data-Preprocessing Steps, LLM Model Interfaces, and the Frontend that clinicians ultimately use.You’ll work across a modern full-stack environment, building with:🧩 FRONTEND: React, Tailwind, and component libraries of your choice🧱 BACKEND: TypeScript/Node.js, Python for integrations, or Go for performance-critical services🏗️ INFRASTRUCTURE: AWS (Lambda, Fargate), Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, S3, and an auth provider like Clerk/Auth.js🔌 PIPELINES: Internal APIs that connect the product to our signal-processing and ML layersPreferably, the candidate resides in Singapore 🇸🇬 / Malaysia 🇲🇾 but open to speak to others in different locations.If this sounds like the kind of role you’ve been waiting for, email me your CV to me @ 📧 joshua.yim@navo.healthCalmer Births = Safer Births 🫀👶🏻🤱🏻
