And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Junior Hardware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, and testing of hardware systems.You will work closely with senior engineers to deliver reliable and high-quality hardware solutions for industrial and embedded applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in hardware design and verification, including schematic capture and PCB layout.Support electrical panel wiring design preparation and design verification.Participate in testing and troubleshooting of hardware prototypes and systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.Maintain documentation for designs, test plans, and compliance checks.Learn and apply company standards and processes for hardware engineering.You will report to Hardware Engineering manager based in Singapore.Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.0–2 years of experience is welcome to applyBasic knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, and electronic components.Basic knowledge of microcontroller-based systems and programming (C/C++, Python).Familiarity with hardware design tools (e.g., schematic capture, PCB layout software).Understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance requirements.The Preferred - You Might Also HaveUnderstanding of industrial automation hardware and standards.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.Desired Soft SkillsTeam Collaboration: Work with colleagues across engineering teams.Comfortable with changing priorities and learning new technologies quickly.Ensures accuracy in design and documentation.Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.What We OfferOur benefits package includes …Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to CalmVolunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employeesCompany volunteer and donation matching program – Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation.Employee Assistance ProgramPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack programOn-demand digital course library for professional development and other local benefits!
