Your Key Responsibilities Include:Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, systems engineers, and software developers, to achieve project goals. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, senior management, and team members. Provide regular updates on project status and address any issues or concerns. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with regulations and customer requirements by working closely with the project team. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of project deliverables. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables. QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, project management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management within the technology sector, preferably in RF and microwave systems design and testing.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management software. Familiarity with RF and microwave sensing technologies is a plus. Soft Skills:Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Desired QualificationsExperience with project management in RF and microwave systems. Knowledge of advanced RF measurement techniques and tools.
