POSITION SUMMARY: Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing and vertically integrated private equity firm focused on open-air strip retail.We are seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to focus on financial planning, management reporting, and someone who develops ad hoc scenario/sensitivity analysis to support financially informed decision making.Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm, PSTSalary: $2,000 - $2,500ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaising with senior management, heads of departments and other key leadership figuresPreparing financial and strategic plans for individual departments and the wider organizationBuilding annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budgetAnalyzing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for managementCreate power query to clean and create data from excelCreating financial models focusing on commercial real estate cashflows to predict growth and forecast performanceAnalyzing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepanciesEvaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity and appraise their valueRecommending improvements and use of financing structures such as debt and equity when appropriateAbility to apply critical thinking skills to analyze information objectively and form a reasoned judgment. Actively question assumptions, evaluate evidence, and consider different perspectives to reach well-supported conclusionsHandle any other duties assigned by managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in finance or accounting or other equivalent courses CPA/ CMA is a PLUS 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis, accountingStrong Microsoft Excel skills, ability to write complex financial formulasStrong commercial real estate accounting skillsStrong understanding of finance principles Experience in Power Query and Data Mapping Experience with Financial Modeling (Commercial Real Estate Cash Flows)Argus experience required Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs: Word and PowerPoint. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Team player who is organized, proactive, and works well with others Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfortable working in a high-growth organization with a sense of urgency
