We’re seeking a Framing Carpenter to join our team and help deliver exceptional results on residential builds.Position OverviewThe Framing Carpenter will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials to construct the framework of residential structures. This role requires a strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a construction crew.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruct, assemble, and install walls, floors, roofs, and structural frameworks according to plans and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure precise measurements and layoutsCut, shape, and join lumber and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and sawsInstall trusses, sheathing, and related framing materialsEnsure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and project requirementsMaintain a clean and organized job site while following company safety proceduresCollaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on timeQualifications5+ years of residential framing or carpentry experienceStrong understanding of carpentry methods, construction math, and blueprint readingProficiency in the safe use of hand tools and power toolsAbility to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various conditionsReliable transportation to and from job sitesCommitment to quality craftsmanship and safetyPreferred SkillsExperience with ground-up residential constructionKnowledge of local building codes and inspection requirementsLeadership potential for future crew lead opportunitiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage, based on experienceOvertime opportunities and steady year-round workCareer growth and training opportunitiesWhy Join Samaha?At Samaha, we believe in building more than just homes — we build careers.
