Franchising Officer (Uncle John's)

The Franchising Officer is responsible for the end-to-end franchise recruitment administration (lead generation & sourcing, evaluation and screening of franchise candidates, and on-boarding of new franchisees), contracts management (renewal, contract amendments, and termination processing), and site development activities for network expansion.ResponsibilitiesSourcing, evaluating, and securing potential franchisees to facilitate growth and expansion of Uncle John's franchised store network.Builds and strengthens relationships with Uncle John's franchisees, guiding them on store operations matters, and conducting business reviews with franchisees to coach them on growing their business.
