In leading your accounts, you will drive projects from inception to delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality level.ResponsibilitiesBe the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners.Build, own and grow strong, long-term relationships by consistently delivering value to our clients. Become your client's trusted ally and partner in helping achieve their KPIs.Be in charge of key tasks such as: Client engagement, Timeline Planning, Task/Resource Management, Project Documentation.Help define and deliver on quarterly/annual account growth and revenue targets.Gathering project needs from clients, translating them into stakeholders-ready requirements.Leading internal and external project team kick-offs.Determine project requirements, constraints, dependencies, success criteria, budget, timeline.Assess project feasibility against requirements, time, budget, workload.Define and ensure project objectives are met, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.Assist in preparation of documents such as Pitch decks, Request for Proposals (RFP), Website Specifications Documents (WSD), Statement of Work (SOW), Contact Reports, Project Timelines and Training Documentations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organisation & project objectives.Identify potential project risks and recommend risk prevention/mitigating measures.Grow and manage our network of trusted partners, independents and vendors.Track and report project performance based on predefined metrics.Play a significant role in testing and checking of deliverables against project requirements, ensuring good quality work is delivered on time and on target.Requirements4-6 years of experience leading high-stakes digital projects with client-facing responsibilities.Solid understanding of the software development process on web/mobile and what is needed to make technical projects come to life.Confident in leading a wide variety of projects, from digital campaigns to platforms and websites, programmatic advertising, and mobile apps.Able to understand business objectives quickly and translate those into project’s challenges and opportunities.Have a good understanding of the digital landscape, marketing and web technologies.Good grasp of effort estimation, production costs and times to establish realistic budgets and deadlines.Experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns working with strategy, creative, tech and media teams.Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Smartsheets, Monday.com) for timeline planning and tracking projects.Be able to produce well-defined documentation such as SOW, FSD and UAT plans.Pay attention to every little detail, and not accept mediocre work.Embrace a culture of ownership, openness and integrity.Curious, hungry and self-driven.Experience with managing projects using Kanban, Scrum, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
