Come and join OTIS today and be part of the Forbes 2024 World's Best Employers!Join the Otis family where collaboration, innovation, and empowerment help each individual and the company reach new heights.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end execution of installation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met from day one to handoverChampion WWJSSS and enforce compliance with all construction safety protocols and ISO 9000 quality standardsServe as the key liaison between Otis and main contractors, consultants, architects, and site stakeholders—keeping communication clear and momentum strongCoordinate cross-functionally with engineering, factory, supply chain, drafting, and finance teams to ensure seamless project deliveryManage project budgets, conduct cost reviews, and present financial updates to internal stakeholdersDrive the identification, negotiation, and successful completion of variation worksVerify site dimensions, manage logistics for equipment delivery, and ensure alignment between structural drawings and actual site conditionsAppoint and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and third-party partners to deliver project milestonesMonitor factory delivery schedules and manage project documentation, including AMT, FTB, and authority submissionsLead authority inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirementsOwn project progress claims, ensuring healthy project cash flow and accurate reportingGuide and support project team members and subcontractors, ensuring alignment, morale, and on-site disciplineWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)Minimum 4 years of project engineering experience—prior experience in the lift and escalator industry is mandatoryStrong understanding of ISO practices and construction site safety protocolsExcellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project planning tools is a plusA proactive leader and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
