With operations spanning Asia, Europe, and the U.S., we focus on building a robust governance foundation to support scalable growth, strategic expansion, and disciplined execution across all business units.Role SummaryThis role leads the Group Governance PMO, driving cross-functional governance initiatives, M&A integration efforts, and multi-jurisdiction entity oversight. It is ideal for individuals from a Big 4 background (Deals, M&A, Tax, TS, Governance, Risk) who can bring structure, clarity, and discipline to complex group-level environments.Note: This is not a compliance or corporate secretarial role.Key Responsibilities1.Group Governance PMOLead governance programs, frameworks, and policy standardisation across the group.Prepare concise governance packs, reporting decks, and updates for senior leadership.Ensure clear documentation, structured communication, and process discipline.2.M&A Integration & Group StructuringSupport M&A integration plans, governance alignment, and entity onboarding.Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and Finance on group structuring and tax-efficient planning.Track integration milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-team deliverables3.Multi-Jurisdiction Governance CoordinationMaintain a group governance calendar covering filings and statutory/regulatory obligations.Coordinate with regional teams and external CoSec providers across SG, HK, BVI, Cayman, EU, US, and Japan.Ensure governance consistency and timely adherence across all jurisdictions.4.Governance Risk & Gap ManagementIdentify gaps in governance documentation, entity management, and reporting.Recommend and drive corrective actions through to closure.Qualifications:8–12 years of relevant experience, with Big 4 experience strongly preferred (Deals, M&A, Transaction Services, Tax, Governance, or Advisory).Strong exposure to M&A, post-merger integration, group structuring, or tax planning.Experience running cross-functional, multi-country governance or PMO initiatives.Exceptional organisation, documentation, and project governance skills.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with compliance, AML, or regulatory governance.Experience partnering with corporate secretarial teams.Education & CertificationsDegree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related fields.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CA/CPA, CTA, or ICSA are advantageous.
