We are hiring a remote freelance recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring and build high-quality candidate pipelines for diverse roles.Role: Freelance Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote – Romania)Role & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end full‑cycle recruitment: create job adverts, source candidates, run interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, job boards, and professional networks to build targeted pipelines.Screen candidates for skills and cultural fit; prepare hiring briefs and debriefs for hiring managers to accelerate decision-making.Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System records, post roles, and manage candidate communications to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Close candidates by managing offers, counter-offers, and coordination of background checks and start-date logistics.Deliver recruitment metrics and status reports (pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire) and recommend process improvements.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven success in full‑cycle recruitment and active sourcing for mid to senior level roles.Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean search techniques.Experience operating Applicant Tracking Systems and managing candidate pipelines.Strong technical and behavioral screening capability to assess candidate fit quickly and accurately.Track record of offer management and closing candidates in a competitive market.Fluent English; ability to communicate professionally with hiring managers and candidates across time zones.PreferredExperience recruiting for IT, SaaS, or technical roles.Romanian language fluency and familiarity with local labor market dynamics.Prior freelance or agency recruitment experience with a results-driven portfolio.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote, flexible schedule, work from anywhere in Romania.Autonomous freelance engagement with clear deliverables and competitive commission or fee structure.Close collaboration with hiring managers and opportunity to shape recruitment processes and employer brand.Skills: linkedin recruiter,recruitment,applicant tracking systems
