In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data quality initiatives and managing the HR systems portfolio within Group HR.This position encompasses governance as well as consultation and enablement, ensuring compliance and empowering teams to optimize data quality and system utilization. You will support the development and implementation of new standards and concepts, collaborating closely with regional teams acting as ambassadors, as well as with other HR functions and IT teams.If you’re passionate about enhancing data quality and managing HR systems portfolios, and skilled at balancing strategic priorities with project execution, we would love to hear from you!Your Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality Global Framework - Strategy Focus - Develop a global data quality framework for the HR organization, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, country legal requirements, and business needs.Collaborate closely with People Analytics, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality standards are implemented across all HR processes and systems;Data Quality - Process Governance - Support business process owners with the creation and maintenance of data quality standards and metrics. Consult on and enable data management policies, including data validation and integrity practices across HR systems.Provide expertise on improving data processing workflows and systems configuration. Steer a network to ensure that standards are consistently followed in each location;HR Systems Portfolio Management Including RPA - Oversee the HR systems portfolio, ensuring optimal alignment with business goals and operational efficiency. Drive the integration and adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within HR processes to enhance system capabilities and streamline workflows. Consult with business process owners on system enhancements, integration projects, and system governance best practices;HR Systems Governance - Support business process owners with the implementation of system-level data retention policies and authorization concepts. Ensure HR systems are aligned with organizational goals by providing strategic guidance on portfolio management. Work with IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience through continuous improvements;Project Leadership & Consultation - Establish an effective project organization (meeting structure, information/knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving). Track and report project progress, defining corrective measures if deviating from the plan. Ensure that all project objectives are met with the required quality.Your QualificationsEducation - Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.A relevant certification in data quality, systems management, or RPA is highly advantageous;Skills & Knowledge - Data Quality Expertise: Strong knowledge of data quality principles, frameworks, and best practices. HR Systems Portfolio Management: Experience managing HR systems portfolios or participating in the implementation of RPA and other automation technologies. Process and System Governance: Solid understanding of system governance, data retention policies, and authorization concepts within HR systems. Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading projects or participating in projects execution;Language & Communication - Fluent in written and spoken English. Confident communicator and impactful presenter, able to maintain audience focus. Strong ability to consult and collaborate with various stakeholders, including corporate data protection offices, IT, and HR business process owners. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex data protection concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;Work Style- Structured, analytical, strategic, and self-driven approach to work. Proactive, positive, and energetic attitude, even when facing challenges. Ability to work across different time zones and with diverse teams to expedite projects.
