Make It Matter.As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, this role will focus on People Experience for Switzerland, ensuring smooth running HR Operations within the Commercial and Global Functions across DACH, as well as collaborating with the broader People Team. The location of the role will be in the Shared Service Centre in Bucharest, Romania.How You Will ContributeCoach and guide People Managers and Employees to use and benefit from self-service tools and processes (where appropriate). Where more complex queries require local support, explain people practices, processes & policies on the full employee life cycle of employees to People Managers, including Senior Management.Apply understanding of the business reality and the external labour market/context to local people practices and Business Units initiatives - Supporting HR team in deployment of local activation of global initiatives - Supporting HR team in deployment of local activation of global initiatives in connection with culture, learning and engagement. e.g engagement survey.Partner and consult (senior) managers, employees, regional HR Business Partners in Swiss employment law topicsSupport implementation of local Business Unit projects or initiatives,Proactive ‘issue identification/escalation point of contact’ .Work closely with HR Operations Advisors from different HR workstreams to help with prioritization based on Business Unit needs.Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to improve Employee experience.Support the Business Unit Reviews in service of Business Unit challenges/escalations.Deliver people practices in line with all Swiss legal/regulatory frameworks.View data, use dashboards & reports in Workday e.g self-service and SLA Dashboards, showing metrics and data to support efficiency and effectiveness of people-related transactions.Act as point of escalation for other HR Advisors when needed.Keep local Swiss policies up-to-date, taking labor law updates into accountSupport projects locally, e.g. restructuring initiatives, incl. Creation of correspondence taking local specifics into accountConduct termination conversations and lead offboarding processFacilitate onboarding meetings for new employees in Switzerland, explain local specifics on Swiss insurances, social security, permitWhat You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Fluent in German and English - both written and verbal.Confidence in dealing with very senior stakeholders, and in various locationsUnderstanding of People Processes and HR Systems.Participation as a support or lead for medium or large size HR projects.Turning data into actionable insights.Independent problem-solving skills.Coaching, motivating, and training others - including HR Operations Team members.Profound knowledge of Swiss labor and Social law.Desirable:Experience working with a Commercial or Global function and/ or within a DACH or Swiss Business Unit.Working experience in CH, GER, AT employee relationsNavigating confidently in global Matrix organizationExperience in working with Senior StakeholdersRelocation Support Available?
