BrasovHybrid Work Freudenberg Performance Materials SRLYou support our team as HR Support Specialist with German Responsibilities Entering of time data (absences/attendances) in ATOSS (Time) and LOGA (Payroll) systems;Processing of error lists in Time Management System ATOSS;Independent communication with employees/specialist departments;Creation of reports, requests or statistics from LOGA, e.g. request process for the A1 form;Data Maintenance / Processing of Administrative Processes Payroll.Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Economics/Business administration or comparable education;Experience with time management processing, payroll processes for German companies;Knowledge of HR applications, preferably time management, payroll or masterdata;Experience in dealing with ticket systems and service processes;Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills;Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, a high sense of responsibility, and reliability, as well as a customer-focused.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
