Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Front Desk Officer located in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Officer will handle receptionist duties, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing appointments, answering inquiries, directing phone calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. The role also involves carrying out administrative tasks and maintaining records as needed. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests and managing inquiries.Familiarity with Office Equipment and related administrative tools.Experience in Office Administration to ensure seamless coordination and operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus.
