With a strong presence in the FMCG sector, we are seeking a highly driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the country. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Drive sales growth through effective distribution, channel management, and key account handling. Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales managers and sales teams across the country. Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and modern trade partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment. Ensure profitability, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular sales reviews and provide strategic inputs to top management. RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in FMCG/Home Appliances, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of FMCG distribution models, channel management, and modern trade. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
