I’m helping Stephen Dickerson find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Full-Stack Automation Developer - JavaScript/TypeScript & Postgres.You will shape the future of impactful technology.Compensation:USD 10 - 20/hourLocation:Remote (anywhere)What makes you a strong candidate:You are proficient in API design, Data migration, Data modeling.You have 3+ years of experience required in Full-stack development.English - Fully fluent.Responsibilities and more:Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain custom automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, and Zapier.Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend + backend).Architect, implement, and maintain database schemas and data models, with emphasis on scalable Postgres structures.Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools into scalable systems.Translate business goals into technical specifications and implementation plans.Troubleshoot automation and application issues; proactively identify solutions and ship improvements autonomously.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify requirements and deliver strong outcomes.Document systems, data models, and architectural decisions clearly and consistently.Continuously improve system reliability, speed, and maintainability.Demonstrate ongoing use of AI/LLM tools in daily workflow to enhance productivity and solution quality.Stay current with emerging tools, architectural approaches, and industry best practices.Requirements3+ years of full-stack development experience.Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.).Backend experience with Node.js.Strong experience with database architecture (schema design, indexing, modeling, migrations).Expertise with Postgres (query optimization, data modeling, performance tuning).Proven experience building workflow automations in Make.com, n8n, and/or Zapier.Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and integration.Ability to work with limited direction and take full ownership of solutions.Strong communication skills; able to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.Organized, reliable, accountable; delivers consistent quality.Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.Demonstrated experience using AI tools in development and daily work.Nice-to-HaveExperience with Supabase.Experience with Vercel, Netlify, or similar hosting platforms.Experience building dashboards, internal tooling, or lightweight CRMs.Familiarity with data pipelines or ETL concepts.UI/UX familiarity.Consulting or agency experience.Engagement DetailsUp to 25 hours per week to start.Opportunity to scale to full-time based on performance and initiative.
