Functional AI Expert - French Speaker

Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Functional AI Expert : Lead ideation workshops and gather functional requirements from Business Lines and Support Functions.Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for Data Scientists.Support Business Lines end-to-end: scoping, KPI/KPIO definition, design validation, UAT and go-live.Drive or co-drive functional testing and User Acceptance Testing of AI solutions.Write and maintain full model documentation (Model Cards, process sheets, model risk factsheets, etc.).Ensure solutions comply with regulatory AI requirements (EU AI Act, DORA, BCBS 239, Model Risk, etc.).Act as the permanent bridge and facilitate smooth communication between Business, Data Scientists, IT, Risk and Compliance.Track progress of AI projects and report in steering committees.Continuously improve the AI Lab’s practices (templates, governance, knowledge capitalization).How do we imagine our Functional AI Expert?Minimum 7 years of proven AMOA / Business Analyst / Product Owner experience in Banking or Insurance.Hands-on delivery of at least 3 AI / Generative AI / ML projects taken to production in a financial institution.Deep knowledge of banking processes and challenges (Risk, Compliance, Credit, Finance, Operations, Distribution, etc.).Full mastery of the AI project lifecycle (ideation → development → testing → industrialization.Strong experience in workshop facilitation, functional specifications writing, and model documentation.Solid understanding of AI regulatory constraints (EU AI Act, Model Risk Management) highly appreciated.Hands-on experience with Dataiku, Databricks or any MLOps platform is a significant advantage.Fluent professional French and English.We hire great people and give them the playing field to become awesome!Rather than a diploma or extensive experience, it’s your state of mind that will allow you to reach your potential and meet the target with Taleo!Why should you join us?
