Business Analyst (Payments, Cards, SWIFT MX / MT)

Not just for themselves, but also for our customers.We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams.Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst (Payments, Cards, SWIFT MX / MT) :Define, draft, and validate detailed business requirements using a structured and proven Business Analysis methodology.Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to translate business needs into technical analysis, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.Own the financial messaging streams with deep expertise in SWIFT MX ISO 20022 formats, ability to map / reconcile with legacy MT flows.Ensure strong regulatory and scheme-level alignment across multiple rails: SEPA Credit Transfer / Instant SEPA, Target2, CBPR+, EBA Clearing, possibly Cards acquiring / issuing flows.Analyse and troubleshoot production or testing payment messages end-to-end (traceability, enrichment rules, validations, routing).Get into the functional system logic, understand data lineage, transformation rules, interfaces and gateways.Define and coordinate testing strategies (UAT, E2E integration).Lead execution / validation of complex payment flows (SEPA, International, Instant, Cards settlement).Coordinate deployment / cutover activities with both IT delivery and business operations.Support change enablement: communication pack, user guide, training / knowledge transfer.Produce & maintain accurate documentation (BRD, mapping specs, functional design, test books).How do we imagine our future Business Analyst (Payments, Cards, SWIFT MX / MT)?6–8+ years experience as Business Analyst in financial services (payments domain mandatory).Proven experience in SWIFT messaging (MX / MT), with mapping capability between the two.Strong exposure to SEPA, Instant Payments, and Cards processing or settlement chains.Instant Payment expertise like Payconiq, Wero, Paylib are a strong asset.Solid understanding of transaction lifecycle in ISO 20022.Good knowledge of CBPR+, T2, EBA Clearing schemes.Strong BA methodology: requirements, process modelling, gap analysis.Able to analyse system behaviour, data flows, interface specifications.XML / JSON message literacy, ability to read / interpret payloads.Agile delivery experience (user stories, grooming, sprint ceremonies).Analytical, structured, rigorous, high attention to detail.Excellent communication and interface confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.Strong synthesis and writing skills.Fluent French + English.We hire great people and give them the playing field to become awesome!Rather than a diploma or extensive experience, it’s your state of mind that will allow you to reach your potential and meet the target with Taleo!Why should you join us?
