Not just for themselves, but also for our customers.We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams.Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst Consultant – Instant Payments & Cards :Define and validate detailed business and functional requirements for the EPI WERO digital wallet, replacing Payconiq in LuxembourgCollaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure business needs are translated into scalable and compliant technical solutionsEnsure regulatory and scheme-level alignment across SEPA Credit Transfer, Instant SEPA, Target2, CBPR+, EBA Clearing, and Cards acquiring or issuing flowsAnalyse and troubleshoot end-to-end payment messages for traceability, enrichment, validation, and routingDefine and coordinate testing strategies including UAT and E2E integration phasesLead execution and validation of SEPA, Instant, International, and Card settlement payment flows, and support instant payment initiativesCoordinate deployment activities and manage change with business stakeholdersProduce and maintain all project documentation including BRD, mapping specifications, functional designs, and test booksHow do we imagine our future Business Analyst Consultant – Instant Payments & Cards ?6–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services with a focus on paymentsProven experience in SWIFT MX and MT messaging and mapping between formatsStrong exposure to SEPA, Instant Payments, and Card processing or settlement chainsExpertise in ISO 20022 message standards and transaction lifecycleKnowledge of CBPR+, Target2, and EBA Clearing schemesSolid Business Analysis methodology: requirements gathering, process modelling, and gap analysisStrong ability to interpret data flows, system interfaces, XML, and JSON messagesExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsExcellent analytical, structured, and documentation skills with high attention to detailStrong communication skills to interface with both technical and business stakeholdersFluent in French and EnglishWe hire great people and give them the playing field to become awesome!Rather than a diploma or extensive experience, it’s your state of mind that will allow you to reach your potential and meet the target with Taleo!Why should you join us?You will be part of a talented and dynamic team!
