IT Functional Analyst (Expert) – Brussels | Hybrid (50% Onsite, 50% Remote)We’re currently looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst to join an ongoing digital transformation program within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that system designs are aligned with both strategic and operational goals.What You’ll DoCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and define functional requirements.Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.Design end-to-end application solutions, ensuring coherence with enterprise architecture and standards.Coordinate with architects, developers, and testing teams to ensure smooth delivery.Analyse issues during development, testing, and production phases, and drive resolution.Provide continuous functional support post-implementation.Contribute actively in an Agile/Scrum environment, focusing on team success and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst.Strong understanding of IT systems and functional design principles.Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional documentation.Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.A structured, methodical, and solution-oriented mindset.Fluency in English (mandatory) and working knowledge of French or Dutch (at least one local language).Nice to HaveExperience in the banking or financial services sector.Familiarity with enterprise analysis methodologies and architectural standards.Work Setup📍 Location: Brussels🏠 Hybrid: 50% onsite, 50% homeworking📅 Start Date: December 2025⏳ Contract Duration: 7 months (with potential extension)
