General Hands for 2026 Harvest Season

We are seeking physically fit individuals for casual positions during the upcoming Harvest Season. Candidates must be prepared to undergo a Full Pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing, be subject to security checks and must obtain a full national police clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, check, and store raw or processed materials.Move raw materials and finished goods to processing or dispatch areas.Ensure proper storage of goods for easy location.Load transport vehicles, ensuring loads are evenly and securely placed.Maintain records of daily operations.Lift, stack, and unstack materials using diesel, electric, gas, or petrol-powered forklifts (if accredited).QualificationsFamiliarity with factory or processing work is desirableExperience in operating machinery is desirable.Current High-Risk Forklift Licence and/or Front-End Loader tickets are advantageous.Strong understanding of quality control standards.Good written communication skills.Attention to detail.Ability to follow safe manual handling techniques.Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the nature of the products being processed, candidates with asthma and/or allergies (including hay fever) need not apply.
